In first sale since development in 1914, O'Shea Building trades for almost $17M

After bankrupt Jay Jacobs ended its long tenure in the ’90s, the Gap claimed its space.

Downtown's very familiar O'Shea Building, once home to the Gap and Old Navy, sold this week for $16.9 million, according to King County records.
