Lakewood industrial sells for over $8M

LAKEWOOD — An industrial property at 10720 26th Ave. S. sold last week for nearly $8.4 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was Lakewood 2020 LLC, a Seattle investment group that acquired the property in 2021 for about $5.5 million.
