Self-storage in University Place trades for over $13M

By JOURNAL STAFF

UNIVERSITY PLACE — A storage facility at 7701 40th St. W. sold last week for about $13.7 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was Town Center Self Storage LLC, a local outfit that acquired the land in 1998 for $700,000, then developed it.
