Capitol Hill deli trades for over $7M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A retail complex at 1722 Bellevue Ave. sold last week for $7.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was the Gietzen family, the longtime owner of what most call the City Market property on Capitol Hill. The property last traded in 1988. It was once a tire shop.
