This perspective looks west across Roosevelt.

A few steps from Roosevelt Station, the vacant corner site of a former Bank of America branch — now demolished — is bound for redevelopment. Da Li Properties owns the corner, at Northeast 66th Street, and is working with MZA Architecture on the eight-story, 112-unit apartment proposal for 6615 Roosevelt Way N.E. Based on city filings, an initial design review presentation should come this summer.
