Harley sales building in Tacoma trades for $8M

By JOURNAL STAFF

TACOMA — A motorcycle sales and service building at 2302 Pacific Hwy. E. sold this week for $8 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was EEW Enterprises LLC, which acquired the property in 2012. The seller then was the state of Washington, at a non-market price.
