Publicly funded agency to pay $61M for Belltown apartments

    Apartments range from studio to two-bedrooms, including some live/work units.

    Back in February, Kidder Mathews listed the 150-unit Elara at the Market, with offers due March 3. That eight-story Belltown apartment building, at 2134 Western Ave., opened in 2018 just north of Pike Place Market. It's on the corner of Blanchard.
