98 Shoreline units are in review

SHORELINE — A vacant old nursing home has yet to be razed at 17127 15th Ave. N.E. That's in the Ridgecrest area, almost directly west of the Safeway.

The deep 2-acre site extends all the way west to 12th. There, Serena Custom Homes is planning a 98-unit low-rise apartment complex, which would also have one small retail building on 15th.
