Backed by Robert De Niro, Nobu is now the brand at former Avenue Bellevue

  • A Nobu restaurant will open there next year.

    Avenue Bellevue is no more. The two condo/hotel towers are still standing, of course, just north of Bellevue Square. Individual sales and move-ins for the 365 condos began two years ago; many units remain available.
