Soup plant sells for $65M

EVERETT — The Kettle Cuisine plant, at 1200 Merrill Creek Parkway, sold last month for $65 million. Snohomish County only lately recorded the sale.

The seller was FFW Holdings LLC. Under a different name, StockPot, it acquired the land in 2005, prior to development; that deal was worth almost $6 million. Panattoni served as the developer.
