Texas firm to build 188 Uptown units on former Martin Selig lot

With apartments in mind, Stream Real Estate began eying an Uptown parking lot in the fall of last year. It then partnered with Texas firm JPI this past March to buy the land at 400 Fourth Ave. W. Weber Thompson was by then designing the midrise project.
