New life brewing at old King Street spot

SEATTLE — In the west Stadium Place block, original tenant Quality Athletics closed its doors at 121 S. King St. during the pandemic, ending a five-year run.

Proprietor Josh Henderson then used it to host other brands in his restaurant portfolio, including Cookie's Country Kitchen, Trophy Pizza and Burbs Burgers. Those all shuttered circa 2024.
