10 West Seattle units sell for $6M

SEATTLE — A beachfront apartment building at 2440 Alki Ave. S.W. sold this week for a little over $5.8 million, according to King County records.

The seller, via two LLCs, was an Eastside family that developed the apartments in 1984.
