Sammamish gas station sells for $6M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SAMMAMISH — A 76-branded gas station and mini-mart, at 740 228th Ave. N.E., sold this week for $6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Northwest DealerCo Holdings LLC, which acquired the property in a 2009 deal between related parties. The last market trade was for about $6.1 million, back in 1993.
