A Chipotle in PSQ? Restaurant says it’s looking

  • Between the remade waterfront and major events at the stadiums, the old neighborhood has seen a new surge in food and bar leasing.

    In Pioneer Square, the Emerald City Building is substantially vacant.

    Downtown Seattle already one Chipotle, at Third and Pike, in the Century Square building. It’s been there for at least a dozen years. So far as we know, it’s not going away. The place was full of customers on a Tuesday afternoon visit. There are no leasing signs in the windows.
