With Amazon support, Bridge pays $25M for 108 Snohomish County units

The acquisition adds to a West Coast portfolio of some 15,500 affordable units held by Bridge.

Near Lake Stickney in Snohomish County, at 12907 E. Gibson Road, the Latitude Apartments just sold for a bit over $25.3 million. The buyer was the nonprofit Bridge Housing, which announced the deal and said the Amazon Housing Equity Fund was a backer. The 108-unit complex will be preserved and operated as affordable housing.
