Bonney Lake retail sells for over $9M

BONNEY LAKE — A recently constructed commercial complex at 20502 98th St. E. sold in April for just over $9.3 million.

Pierce County recorded the deal earlier this month. The seller was 510 BL LLC, which acquired the land in February of last year for a bit over $1.8 million, then developed it.
