Lynnwood senior housing trades for $53M

This is the first sale for the property since it was developed over three decades ago.

A Lynnwood senior housing community at 6520 196th St. S.W. sold earlier this month for $53 million. Snohomish County recorded the deal this week. The sellers were original developers Brighton Associates I LLC and Lytle Enterprises; the latter also operates the property via its Leisure Care arm. Both are based in Bellevue.
