County pays over $12M for warehouse in Renton

RENTON — A vacant industrial building at 901 S.W. 39th St. sold this week for $12.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was OGIMA LLC, which acquired the land in 1996 for $593,643, then soon developed it.
