23 Rainier Valley units planned

SEATTLE — An old house at 5022 32nd Ave. S. sold last year to local investor Bridgewright Partners LLC. Now there's a new plan to replace it with two low-rise apartment buildings with 23 units and three surface parking stalls.

The project is dubbed the Dale, with Tsuga Studio as the architect. Units are to average 880 square feet. Design review isn't required for such a small project.
