First Hill apartments could see 25-story replacement

Hilltop Court is dwarfed by the 23-story Luma next door; those condos were developed a decade ago.

Developed on First Hill in 1987, Hilltop Court is a modest midrise holdout in a neighborhood now zoned for much taller construction. At 1314 Spring St., on the corner of Boylston, it's been owned for most of its history by Pacific Sun Northwest. Larger, taller neighbors now surround it.
