Fourth Avenue breaks ground on 72 Richland units

The garden apartments should open in 18 to 24 months.

South Badger Mountain is a 1,500-acre master planned community in Richland, south of Interstate 182 and north of Interstate 82. It's mostly single-family housing, but with some apartment projects, too. Now adding to the latter roster is the 72-unit Badger Heights apartments, which recently broke ground.
