Looking north, 12th is at bottom.

Wilburton Station already serves the Kaiser Permanente medical center in Bellevue, just east of the freeway. A little north of that, at 1407 and 1417 116th Ave. N.E., Wallace Properties owns a pair of 1970s-era medical office buildings. There, with a third neighboring parcel also in play, Wallace is now considering a redevelopment plan that could total around 1 million square feet.
