At Auburn 18, Sierra making swift progress on big warehouse for Home Depot

Tilt-up concrete walls are now in place at Project Tamper.

Auburn 18 is the modern moniker for a cluster of old buildings that Industrial Realty Group acquired from the federal government back in 2022. (The old name was Pacific Point.) Addresses are in flux for the 129 acres, and there's already been some demolition at the 11-building complex.
