CBRE arranges complex financing for affordable units in Frederickson

Milbrandt Architects designed the four-building low-rise complex.

Addison Grove is now the official name for a 102-unit affordable housing project to rise in the Frederickson area of Pierce County. As the DJC reported in April, workforce housing specialist Great Expectations then paid about $2.7 million to acquire the land and plans from Terrene Homes.
