Belltown block rises in value, with 100-foot HOP bonus height!

The garage went up in 1979, as part of the Seattle Trade Center project.

It was only yesterday when you read a DJC story about the American Can building, on the north end of the downtown waterfront. That huge landmarked structure is bound for conversion to apartments.
