Belltown building changes hands

SEATTLE — A Belltown property, where apartments had once been planned, sold last week for $3.9 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Enterprise 2218 LLC, associated with GEM Real Estate Partners, which acquired the midblock site in 2015 for over $1.7 million
