REDMOND — On the north side of downtown, at 8520 164th Ave. N.E., Lee & Associates is asking $6 million for a midblock development site.
It now has an old tear-down house, used as offices. The parcel offers 18,000 square feet, and is about a 15-minute walk south to Downtown Redmond Station. The listing estimates it could yield a midrise apartment project with 130 units.
