Waterfront revival continues, with vacant bike shop replaced by fresh bagels

Waterfront Place is home to condos, offices and parking over the retail.

Just off the downtown waterfront, the Bicycle Repair Shop closed its doors during the pandemic. Since then, Gibraltar's Laura Miller and Lex Petras have been seeking to fill the space at 68 Madison St. That's within the Waterfront Place building, with its condos, offices and parking over the retail.
