Gym planned for Duwamish building

SEATTLE — Now home to a woodworking shop, gallery and dance studio, an old Duwamish-area industrial building is poised to welcome a new tenant: an indoor climbing gym.

The four-story structure at 6327 W. Marginal Way S.W. was once home to Catholic Printing, per the county. Since 2019, the current owners have embraced a variety of new uses.
