The corner site is a short walk to Judkins Park Station.

Judkins Park Station opened this spring, as part of the new cross-lake rail connection to the Eastside. But it was way back in 2018 when apartment plans began brewing on a skinny site at 1900 23rd Ave. S. That's about a six-minute walk north to the station.
