Clark Barnes dials in design for 555 Bellevue units at Spring District

Wright Runstad estimates a total project size of around 740,000 square feet. All the units are to be market-rate.

Over in Bellevue, we've known since February that the bare north parcels at the Spring District are pivoting from office plans to future apartments.
