New momentum for 193 Northgate units near station

The old apartments, developed in 1968 ...

For several years now, Wallace Properties has been preparing to redevelop some of its older apartment buildings on the east side of Northgate Station (meaning both the station and shopping center). The station opened in 2021. Wallace bought the Park at Northgate complex in 2016. Working with Baylis Architects, a phased approach could yield perhaps 1,000 new units, with gradual demolition along the way.
