Capitol Hill club building sold

SEATTLE — A nightclub and bar at 1009 E. Union St. sold last week for over $3.5 million, according to King County records.

The sellers were RJ Union Street LLC and JR Union Street LLC, which acquired the property in 2008 for about $1.4 million.
