Amazon poised to buy empty new five-level warehouse in Chicago

The project is billed as the region’s first multistory industrial/distribution building.

The deal hasn't closed yet, but CoStar recently reported that Amazon is the anticipated buyer of a big new distribution center in Chicago, completely empty, with about 1.2 million square feet. JLL is the broker at 1237 W. Division St., on behalf of developer Logistics Property Co.
