City has $110M for affordable housing

SEATTLE — The city of Seattle has at least $110 million in funding available to support affordable rental housing development.

The money can be used to support the development of new affordable housing units, rehabilitate existing units, and for the acquisition of properties to expand and maintain Seattle's affordable housing stock.
