Newmark secures full-building lease in Kent

KENT — A cold-storage building at 18404 72nd Ave. S. last traded nearly two decades ago to local investors. Its most recent tenant has been Dreyer's Ice Cream.

Now there's to be a new occupant: Plymouth Poultry. Newmark, which represents the owner, announced the lease last week. Thad Mallory and Taylor Hoff were the brokers. Terms weren't announced.
