Kent warehouse trades for over $6M

KENT — A warehouse at 21019 77th Ave. S. sold this week for $6.7 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Acuity Specialty Products of Georgia. That's the current owner of Zep, which deals in cleaning supplies. It had owned the property for decades.
