Weidner sells 387 Lynnwood units for $112M

The complex is a little east of Lake Serene.

The former Larch Alderwood apartments, at 15001 35th Ave. W. in Lynnwood, sold last week for $112 million, according to Snohomish County records. The seller was Renaissance Two LLC, associated with local shop Weidner Apartment Homes, which had owned the property for decades. Weidner looks to have been the developer, in a venture with the original family landowners.
