Kirtley-Cole breaks ground on 109 Fremont units

The apartments should open in 2028.

Last summer saw the MUP. Last month saw the construction loan, for over $32 million. And this month saw the onset of construction at 4401 Fremont Ave. N. There, Kirtley-Cole has done the demo and begun digging the foundation for a five-story, 109-unit apartment project.
