King County mulls three new housing sites next to Cherry Hill justice center

In this 2020 view, looking northeast, demolition wasn’t yet complete. The rubble is now grass, and the garage has replaced the middle building.

Planning for what we today call the Judge Patricia H. Clark Children and Family Justice Center began over a dozen years ago. The new facility at 1211 E. Alder St. replaced the old, which was on the south side of the 8.4-acre property.
