Plymouth plans Belltown supportive housing

The corner this week ...

On the corner of Blanchard and First Avenue, in Belltown, Plymouth Housing has long owned the Scargo and Lewiston apartments. They provide supportive housing for formerly homeless folks, in a pair of vintage red-brick former hotels. About 99 people now reside in the complex, at 2201-2205 First. Ave. Passersby know the restaurants: Queen City, Villa Escondida and Ohana Belltown.
