41 Ellensburg units sell for over $4M

ELLENSBURG — An apartment complex at 925 E. 18th Ave. recently sold for $4.5 million, according to Kidder Mathews, which announced the sale.

Located right next to Central Washington University, the appropriately named Campus Village Apartments is a low-rise complex with 41 units. It dates to 1966.
