Capitol Hill units find new hands

SEATTLE — A small apartment building at 1441 E. Aloha St. recently sold for almost $1.7 million, according to King County records. The seller was a local family that had owned the property for decades.

The buyer was The Maverick Apartments LLC, a local investor associated with Marketplace Realty Advisors. Public records indicate a loan from NBC MergeCo, evidently a private lender.
