CBRE offering Houghton Village redevelopment site

The old shopping center, bound for demo, spans about 2.2 acres.

For several years now, the city of Kirkland has been mulling the future for its 1950s-era Houghton Village shopping center, once anchored by a PCC. The general program for 10702 N.E. 68th St. is a mixed-use development with about 145 apartments over retail and community space. It was approved by the City Council in February.
