Empty offices trade for nearly $8M

LYNNWOOD — An office building at 20816 44th Ave. W. sold last week for just under $7.8 million, according to Snohomish County records. The seller was JAR Associates LLC, which acquired the property in 2007 for over $8.6 million.

The buyer was Northview MM Holding LLC, which is associated with Rosen Harbottle, which is also seeking tenants for the empty building.
