Eastlake Starbucks finally sold for $2M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A vacant and forlorn Starbucks at 2344 Eastlake Ave. E. sold last week for $2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Cool Beans Eastlake LLC, which acquired the property in 2006 for almost $1.5 million.
