Safeway in Federal Way trades for over $7M

By JOURNAL STAFF

FEDERAL WAY — A Safeway at 28810 Military Road S. sold last week for a little over $7.7 million, according to King County records.

The seller was LSD Enterprises LLC, which acquired the property in 2018 for over $7.6 million.
