City pays over $3M for townhouse site

SEATTLE — Vacant land at 2000 Orchard St. S.W. sold last week for $3.3 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Woodland Property Investments LLC, which acquired the West Seattle property in 2020 for $295,000. It had an approved 18-unit townhouse plan there.
