No traction for a glamorous plan in Renton

There’s no architect as yet attached to the proposal.

Stalled projects exert a peculiar fascination of their own. One example, in Renton, is a mostly bare patch of land at 4108 Jones Ave. N.E. That's on the east side of the freeway, where a portable building is being used as a mosque by the Saleh Foundation. It acquired the land in 2018. You could place the parcels in the May Creek-Kennydale area.
